We are a growing team of enthusiastic dedicated Lions made up of a healthy mix of very experienced Lions and new, keen Lion Cubs! We are lucky enough to live on the magnificent island of Mallorca but it is a complete eyeopener to see the human suffering that exists on our beautiful paradise. We do our best to try and help those that are suffering. Cricket matches are a common site on cricket grounds throughout the summer months with cricket bats swinging and cricket balls being slogged for the boundary. Cricket is highly regarded as one of England's favourite interests and sees thousands of cricketers donning their cricket pads and equipment as they make for the wicket each week. - The home of friendly cricket! - Why not come and play. West Wycombe Cricket Club play cricket in a friendly, village atmosphere, with the emphasis on friendly (we play no league cricket). During most of the summer we have matches on Saturdays & Sundays. There is no emphasis on commitment to a specific day nor to play every week. We have a wide range of members young to oldish, ability varies too, but the emphasis at West Wycombe Cricket Club is to enjoy the game. It's not the winning that's important, it's the taking part. We do like to win as well though.
