Fortinox was born April 2010. A small welding company opened up for business and has successfully continued to this day to supply yachts with their needs. With our new 300sq meter workshop and offices situated in the industrial site of Son Castello, Palma de Mallorca 07009 Spain, we are able to fabricate and machine all marine parts. Our workshop consists of qualified tradesman able to weld, repair and rebuild existing parts, or design and manufacture new parts. We work with all metals, mostly dealing with Stainless Steel 316 and Aluminium. However we also work with Bronze, mild and marine steel, and plastics such as white or black Delrin, or Teflon. Engine rooms are also a speciality of ours. We fabricate all engine room piping and fittings to your requirements and install with pressure testing. If you have a problem with your exhausts and need welding or repairs or, even new piping with heat blankets and seals, then we can do it. We also supply a polishing team that can remove all scratches and leave your stainless looking brand new. Get rid of those eyesores on your main deck handrails, passarelles, biminis, anchor plates, or hydraulic boom supports, etc. and have an impressive looking shine to your boat.
